In order to provide a quote for any of our services, it is necessary to gather specific information from our potential clients. PSA operates in a consultative model. The more we can learn about your business, employer needs and employee expectations, the better we can provide you with a perfect solution, tailored to your criteria. There are many variables to consider, but PSA can help you sort through the most important issues selected to meet your objectives.
In addition to providing a comprehensive proposal and pricing based on our full service package, PSA is prepared to review only those areas that you may be interested in starting right away. Some of our clients have preferred to start with one module, such as Benefits or Payroll and eventually expanded into other service areas. We can provide you with proposed costs for any of our individual service modules as well as projected costs for any benefit plans. These quotes still require specific information your company and employees in the form of a census. You may download the template provided on this page and simply complete the information requested. The more information you provide PSA, the more we are able to design a program that fits your needs.
Small Group Rates (Under 50 Employees) are governed and controlled at the State level. These pooled rates are the same for any licensed broker and are based on age, location, gender and industry. All brokers have access to the exact same rates from all carriers. It is important to note however, that each medical carrier with established rates, has discretion to adjust their final rates based on the size of the group and health statements if required. Final rates may range from 90% to 110% of the standard approved rates. PSA working as your advocate with each of our carriers obtains the best plan and rate possible. Additionally, we can suggest certain innovative solutions and methodologies to reduce the “real cost” of your employee benefits.
