Employee Benefits, Property and Liability Insurance Brokerage:
PSA is a full service insurance broker and benefits administrator. We pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to understand their insurance needs, and helping set business objectives for management of benefit costs. We believe in implementinginnovatively designed employee benefit programs that both meet the needs of employees and their dependents and allow management to achieve control of benefit costs year over year. We actively manage our benefit programs utilizing online benefit enrollment tools, as well as provide Health Advocate services to your staff.
Payroll and Tax Services:
PSA utilizes the newest state-of-the-art payroll technology. The technology is both web and server based. It is user friendly, compatible with most professional accounting software applications, and provides unique management reporting capability. PSA also assumes full tax reporting responsibility for our clients. We will even serve as your payroll department!
HR Consultation and Compliance:
PSA has Certified Human Resource professionals on staff and available to our
clients as needed. This support service can take many forms, from placing our
consultants as an interim HR Director to being available as a resource to existing
HR professionals and management. We will also assume responsibility
for developing policy and procedure handbooks, investigating certain personnel
situations requiring confidential and independent analysis. PSA also provides
training (AB 1825 mandated supervisory and workforce harassment prevention
training) as well as safety and employee injury prevention training.
Human Resources Information System (HRIS):
PSA provides our HROffice concurrent with our payroll technology. The two systems are fully integrated. HROffice is a comprehensive yet user friendly system that allows you to manage all personnel functions effortlessly and with a minimum need to maintain paper records and files. HROffice provides management with significant reporting capabilities, as well as tools to communicate with employees and manage online benefit enrollment. Employees can also be given self-service access to their personal records as appropriate. It is an excellent tool for communicating and managing personnel functions in multiple offices.
FSA and COBRA Administration:
PSA provides full service management of Sec. 125 programs and COBRA. While we use a third party for processing claims we will act as your single source contact PSA Benefits & HR Services – January 2007 for all matters relating to these programs. 401K and Qualified Contribution Plans:
PSA provides 401K program design, implementation and management
services. We provide our clients with access to substantial web based tools
depending on their individual interests and needs so employees can monitor and
manage their own accounts.
