Founder, President & CEO of Professional Strategic Alliances, LLC (PSA) a Business Process Outsourcing company providing fully integrated, full service Human Resource Benefits and Services to the mid-level business and professional services industry.
Prior to founding PSA, Mr. Hansen served as Managing Director of one of the countries most prestigious law firms, Heller Ehrman White and McAuliffe. During his 12-year tenure, Mr. Hansen lead Heller Ehrman as it grew from a San Francisco based regional firm with three offices and under 100 lawyers to an International firm with over 600 lawyers and 12 offices in the US and abroad. In this position, Mr. Hansen was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s business management.
Prior to working at Heller Ehrman and founding PSA, Mr. Hansen had a distinguished career in Health Care management, serving as CEO in a number of large metropolitan hospitals, including Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco, Ca.
Mr. Hansen has founded and co-founded a number of successful entrepreneurial companies in the medical and software technology industries.
Mr. Hansen holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Utah State University an MBA from The George Washington University and has completed post graduate work at Harvard University.

Executive Vice President of Professional Strategic Alliances, LLC (PSA) and the senior manager responsible for employee benefits, insurance services and employee life assistance programs. Denis is responsible for all aspects of managing the employee benefits interaction between clients and our carrier resources (Blue Shield, Blue Cross, Health Net, United Health Care, Kaiser, Delta Dental, Principal, Standard, Unum, etc.) and all other California and National insurance providers. Prior to joining PSA he worked in a joint-partnership and strategic capacity with PSA providing the benefits consulting and insurance services while employed at USI Insurance Services and Humanex brokerage companies. Mr. Squeri has 5 years of experience directly managing all aspects of group health and welfare products.
Prior to joining PSA, Denis was a senior executive in Silicon Valley, consumer and technology companies ranging from Worlds of Wonder to The Learning Company. During a 24 year span with high-tech companies, Denis was the senior Sales & Marketing executive for several “start-up” entities that successfully launched public stock offerings. While employed in these senior positions, Denis worked directly with employee health & welfare providers on a day to day basis creating employee centric benefits plans while maintaining lower costs than peer companies. Before actually joining Humanex above, Denis worked in concert with this regional broker at all of his start-up companies. Mr. Squeri’s experience with creative and high service solutions developed with Humanex, led to his decision to join that company.
Mr. Squeri holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and has completed post graduate work at Golden Gate University.

Vice President Client Services for Professional Strategic Alliances, LLC (PSA) and the senior manager responsible for all client services. Stephanie is responsible for all aspects of managing client payroll, benefits administration, Flexible Spending Accounts, and COBRA administration. Stephanie has more than 12 years of experience serving employers as an internal and external payroll management resource, and is familiar with all aspects of the carrier, membership process. In addition to her carrier experience, Stephanie has managed all aspects of COBRA and Flex Spending (125) Administration for companies as large as 500 employees.
Prior to joining PSA, Stephanie was instrumental in setting up the Client Services function for both Humanex, Inc. and USI Insurance Services. Stephanie is well versed in all aspects of running a medium sized venture as she successfully owned and operated a multi-location juice bar business for 7 years in San Francisco. Currently, Stephanie also manages operations for PSA.
Stephanie is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
Byron Clendenen – Director - HR Services

Director of HR Services for Professional Strategic Alliances, LLC (PSA) and leader of the HR Management Consulting practice. Byron possesses twenty-plus years of HR Generalist experience, with the past fifteen of serving in various leadership roles. Byron has led HR affairs for businesses as diverse as Vpacket Communications in the telecom space, Integrated Systems in the imbedded software space, and Toshiba America MRI in the medical imaging space. Byron has operated in privately and publicly held settings, for startups as well as for mature organizations. He has served as management consultant for organizations with missions ranging from Biotech, to Banking, to IT Infrastructure, to OEM Supply, to Academia, to Human Rights, and beyond.
Mr. Clendenen possesses undergraduate & graduate degrees in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and San Francisco State, and is SPHR credentialed.
